Luckings upgrade website to meet GDPR and add funeral announcements page

Long standing customer,  M Lucking’s & Sons from Chelmsford have just added our new funeral announcements to their website, as well as upgrading their privacy policy to meet the new GDPR regulations. The announcements page features a list of recent funerals showing an obituary style notice and image, which links through to the main InMemory page for funeral details and of course the ability to donate and leave a condolence message.

Roy Palmer from Luckings commented “We have been a Donatis customer since 2015 and love the InMemory system, we typically processes around 1000 donations per annum using the system.  Adding the announcements page was a logical development and provides mourners with another reason to visit our website to gain information -we know from an annual summary that Donatis give us, that circa 60% of online donors live in our trading area – so they are prospective clients. Each notice is a part of the standard InMemory set up and takes only a couple of minutes to add. We have also received support from Donatis to help develop our website privacy policy so that it meets the new GDPR regulations. The whole upgrade took our web people a couple of hours and we are delighted with the result”
